I purchased the download mod and have installed it.  I'm receiving this error message when I try to download an item from my store:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified

/vsadmin/inc/incdownload.asp, line 124 < language=>

I double check the path in the global.asa and it is correct as:  d:\Inetpub\patentdesk.com\data\Products\

Any suggestions as to what is not working?

Can you post the URL so we can take a look at a couple of settings on pages contained in the download mod?

Also, can you tell us what version of the Ecommerce Templates you are running?

The url is www.patentdesk.com.  I updated the template so it should be using the 4.03 although after I did that I realized it was going to cause some issues with the inccart.asp so I went through the code and added in your code.  As you can tell I know just enough coding to be dangerous.

Janice,

It looks like the new code for the global.asa file may not have been placed in the right spot. I would recommend re-running your Ecommerce Templates updater file and replace the global.asa with your original and start the download mod installation again.

If that does not clear up the issue, please let us know and we'll go to the next step.
